NEED PRAYERS
As you know Carter has been constipated since almost birth. We saw the pediatrician yesterday and they are sending us to the city on thursday to test Carter for Cystic Fibrous. Please pray for us. I have been looking on line cause i thought he was crazy but because how i explained Carters poops, i understand now and am very very scared. We went through HELL to get him, this can't happen, i don't think i am strong enough to deal
Sorry for the late response. I am SO sorry to hear what you guys are going thru. I can't imagine. I am glad though that the diagnosis is not CF. I hope things get better soon.

Yay! I am so happy to hear the good news!!! Blake can't handle dairy either. She has been on soy formula for forever. Before that she was on Alimentum (very expensive!!) and we are going to put her on lactose free milk soon. I hope it is something simple like an allergy! keep us posted!

PHEW - at least it is not CF. Is the formula that one that starts with an N (can't recall the name)...Hayden had such bad reflux in the beginning that I cut dairy while breastfeeding and put her on soy formula at 4 months. I am now giving her whole milk b/c her little system is much better - but it is all a process of trying new things and taking things out of the diet until it gets on track...good luck!
The test came back negative! and we go see a surgon on tuesday, they decide if they will do an ultrasounds or scopes...or if they think it is food allergy, we have switched his formula but not to the one the Dr rec because it is $40 for 6 days worth plus taken him off all dairy.
Sending you good thoughts for your little guy. I know it seems scary but you are doing everything right by getting him checked out. Push for answers, ask for all the tests, research specialists and remember you are the best advocate for his care. We'll all be here to support you!
