14 week appt. & birthing classes

Well, tomorrow we go in for our 14 week appt.  I am soo anxious to heart the heart beat.  Plus, I have some questions for my OB.  I have been getting suuuper bad back and neck cramps the past week.  I literally can not turn my head to the left right now it hurts soo bad!!  I am guessing it is from sleeping constantly on my left side, which is not a "normal" position for me.  I bought a Snoogle and that isn't even helping!

I signed up for the birthing and breathing techniques class at our hospital yesterday.  At our hospital they like women to take these classes during the 7th month... which means December for us.  December seems so soon!!!  Crazy to think that I am in my 4th month right now... boy did the 1st trimester fly by for me!  Hope everyone is doing well!

You are?  I wouldn't know which ones are reliable and which one you can use at home this early.  But, I am with you... I would love to use a doppler in between appts.  I will add that one to my on going list of questions to ask the doc!

I am sooo happy to see that you are doing awesome as well.  You had a rough start, but I hope it is smooth sailing for you from here on out.
