Jack has always been a 2-4 times a day kid. We are now more like 1-3 these days since we have introduced more milk and solids and less formula. I hate seeing the bits of food in his diaper (corn, peas, ets)...yuck! Sometimes I wonder if he even chews his food anymore or is he just shoving stuff inhis mouth and swallowing...crazy kid. ;)
Maybe, too, look a the kinds of foods she is eating. Like, for example, if she is eating lots of oranges, kiwis or pears she will poo more because those are all foods that aid quicker digestion.
We actually were relieved to see more poopy diapers. Phin has always been a 1-2 poops a month kind of kid, not constipated just a slow moving system. So now it is nice to see him having movements more often. I have to say I deal with the solids much better than the slimy, watery stuff anyday.
I almost gagged on the smell the other day, and seeing the corn...lol
My hand is raised on this issue too :) I agree... I tihnk it is just that they are eating less formula and more solids. I long for the days of breastfeeding dipers! haha... these solid diapers are NASTY! lol
haha good idea. I might try that for desert at night! I hate that she has a poopy diaper when she wakes up. I feel bad wondering how long she has been sitting in it! :(
thanks....I have yet to give her juice - she only has water, milk and formula, but I will intro that soon too. I think for lunch we're looking at brown rice and bananas! haha
Blake has too. I think it is the solids and the juice. Blake drinks at least two sippy cups of 1/2 water 1/2 juice a day. Try giving her some bananas or something if you want but I think it is healthy and will taper off when their systems get use to the change in their diets!
