Additional headaches/migraines unfortunately is one of the many symptoms we suffer with pregnancy, thanks to the increade in bodily fluids pumping around our systems. I've had a headache for 3 weeks now, becoming a migraine a few times, and its so annoying. I've found 4head helps, its just applied on the forehead so not ingested.

I am having the exact same thing. I do get chronic migranes usually, and since I can't take medication for them, it has been hard. They feel exactly like my usual migranes, but they have been lasting for 3 days at a time. I have gotten to the point once where I had to go to the ER, and they gave me a shot of Morphine and phenegrin (sp?). My doctor said there is nothing preventitive they can give me, and if they get that bad, then I am just going to have to go the ER. Like I can afford $100 a trip!! I just went to eye doctor recently, as my vision has had a definite decline lately, so that seems to have helped somewhat.
You can try keeping a journal, of what you ate or drank, sleep, if your sick, the weather...ect. to try and find if something is triggering it. I hope you have some luck, like we don't have enough 'normal' pregnancy stuff to deal with, without putting migranes on top it!! :)
