Sometimes i get this sharp pain in my stomach and it be feeling like i have the butterfly is that the baby move in dont see it but i be feeling it
Yes it sounds like the baby to me. At first it feels like a butterfly or gas bubbles then they get stronger and you will be able to tell it is the baby. My lil man is always moving around. I am 23+4 weeks
