Drink lots of water it will make the Braxton hicks less painful. Usually the Braxton hicks are on the top of your abdomen under your boobs. Labor contractions are closer to pelvis and sometimes accompanied by Lowe back pains and feel like menstrual craps

I would go get checked just to be safe! I thought I was having Braxton hicks turns out they were contractions
