hard to sleep

I'm 18 weeks & its been getting really hard for me to sleep.. I seem to never get comfortable and wake up in the morning with bad back ache. Does anybody know anything that could help?

It's normal I do believe.  Just talk with your doctor about it when you get the chance.  I know when I was like 30+ weeks with my first my hips and back hurt horribly when I was trying to sleep.  Maybe until you talk with your doctor you could ask your significant other for a back rub, sleep with a pillow between your knees, take a hot shower before bed.

Talk to your Dr. And see if it's OK to see a chiropractor... Thank may help a bit :)
