labour nerves

I'm due on the 28th of march, and I'm so glad I am pregnant but I am so scared about giving birth I know it's natural and your body can handle it but as a first time mum I am terrified a number tips I could possible get off anyone for during labour or to calm me down a bit. I am a big wimp and even poking me in the arm hurts and I bruise so you can imagine my worry for labour :) any advise would be wonderful xx

I'm due the 20th of march and I'm a first time mum. But I keep having dreams about labour and I know that as long as my baby is healthy and happy then the labour pains will be worth it. I am a little worried about the part where their head comes out and you're meant to feel a burning/stinging.  But I know that for the pain you go through during that time that you're bringing a new life into the world.

My sisters all told me during my first labour to breathe and I found that really helped as well as getting on all fours and rocking forwards and backwards. You hear a lot of horror stories but it really isn't as bad as everyone makes out, I'm due 29th of march with baby number 2 x
