According to my doctor I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy.  Even though those numbers look kind of high, if he says I passed, I passed!!! I'm so relieved.....

went for my test today, it didnt taste as bad as i thought it would. good thing i remembered to bring a book! i felt fine after the hour so i think i am ok but we;ll see. i see the dr next thursday i believe so i will get my results then.
going to the chiroprator this afternoon, hoping he can give me some advice with these cahrley horses and aching feet!

i know i shouldn't listent to them it just gets hard sometimes!!  My DH gets really mad when i tell him that people say things like that and if i didn't have him to keep me looking at the positive i might have to resort to being rude :)  Thanks for the nice words though!!!

kylesmom- dont listen to people like that, every pregnant women is different and people have no right to say things that could be hurtful.  next time someone says that say
no i am not fat i am pregnant and what is your excuse? HAHAHA. Be rude back does that help! then you can blaim it on the hormones.

Jen- I am glad everything turned out ok!!!  It is always helpful to hve one less thing to have to worry about!!

Good luck to the other ladies having their tests done this week, i don't have mine unitl the 20th, so i have a ways to go.
I don;t seem to have many cravings yet, but my DH is just waiting for me to send him out in the middle of the night for something crazy :)  I am hoping i get lucky and its not something horrible b/c people are already telling me how big i've gotten the past couple weeks.  I actually got a comment at work today that they think i am growing 3 inches everyday.  Now i know i have ballooned all of the sudden, but i thought that was kinda extreme!!!  Oh well, i guess now is the only time i will hear that and know there is a good reason for it :)

well good luck to all of you with your glucose tests coming up. mine is not until next friday now, bc i needed a friday appt they moved my appt a few days later than usual, (like 5 wks) :/ but i have my glucose test done then on the 13th and i'm hoping is good bc i am now addicted to fruit w/ cool whip and not all of it is good for you when you eat too m uch lol and valentines day is the following day and i love chocolate more than ever now as well....lol

I think Chocolate milk has become my staple drink, I have to have it everyday. Hubby knows now not to drink that last glass, he learned after 2 times. I always have a 4 litre jug on hand.....sometimes 2!! those cupcakes are to die for and lately I have been craving cinnamon buns!!

I go Thursday for mione too! I have been checking my suger every morning at work, so fasr so good, but I'v never done the nasty glucola stuff....YUCK! :(  

My craving these past 2 weeks, the little chocolate covered doughnuts???? I don't know where that came from, AND I still love my chocolate milk! :)

Best of luck to you on Thursday!!!! I hope you pass the first time around and won't have to drink the whole bottle of that disgusting drink!!! I haven't seen those cupcakes in starbucks, I might have to stop by after work and check it out......

LOL, my craving is still chocolate milk and caramello chocolate bars.  I stop at the gas station by our house usually once a week and stock up on the chocolate bars and will usually get a pint of chocolate milk for the ride home, even though I keep it stocked at the house.  The bad part is I asked DH to go one evening on his way home and the clerk knew exactly who it was for and asked DH if he had a pregnant wife...okay, I think I've taken this too far if the gas station clerk is on to me, LOL!

Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing is my favorite and we ALWAYS have one at Christmas.  YUMMMM!!!

did you say red velvet cake with cream cheese icing?? Um starbucks has cupcakes like that now and man they are good. They know what I want as soon as I walk in the door! They are amazing though and yes I eat way to many of them!!

Congrats on passing the test, I have an obgyn appointment thursday and will be getting the form for my glucose test! Wish me luck.......I cant stop eating red velvet cupcakes!!

My doctor put me on insulin for this pregnancy and those are definitely good numbers! Yay!

Thank you so much K.... Now I can keep eating and order my red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, mmmmm!!!! and regarding the "that's what being pregnant is all about", I keep saying the same thing.  What's the point on going on a diet, lol

But thank you for always being there and wondering how I'm doing.  It means a lot to me!!! :-)

Those numbers look good.  My husband is a Type I Diabetic, so I know all about that!

I know it was a relief, and now you can still eat what you want, haha!  Isn't that what being pregnant is all about????  :-)

Seriously though, I'm happy you passed and now you can stop stressing about it!
