Addy finally flipped!

She was in birthing position today! I told Jeremy 2 days ago I thought she had flipped, It was VERY uncomfortable, nothing would eleviate the pain, I was so sick to my stomach, and then it finally subsided. So I was right she is getting ready!!! I also saw her breathing pattern today and it looked perfect! I was kinda bummed b/c they didn't do a growth, they said next week. So I don't know what her weight is up to. :(

I'm now on a weekly schedule every Monday u/s, every Thursday NST. On top of that I have to see my reg. OB once a week, and the cardiologist every 2 weeks, I think it is a little excesive. I'm thankful for them keeping a close eye, but seriously 3-4 days a week?? I will talk to my OB on Thur. and see if we can do it bi-weekly or somthing, I was high risk with my last and it wasn't this excessive. The lady today kinda talked to me like I was ignorant when I questioned the schedule. She said you are "high risk" and this is a high risk facility, and it has been proven best for mommy and baby....Well duh I know WTF it is! I wanted to look at her and tell her I was a nurse and I know I had a more extensive medical back ground than her and not to talk to me that way, but I actually held it together. i havn't felt well the past couple of days and I probly would have cried, so I bit my tounge.

Any hoo that's my update! :)

I just smile or say hi to people when I catch them staring at me :) I don't care. Trust me I am 5ft tall and was a size 20! My sister called me Miss Boom Lattie got more A$$ than she's got body! LOL As much as I wish to be that size 5 ~ I was when I first got pregnat 15 yrs ago, It's just not that way! OH WELL!

I should have a definate date tomorrow! I think I am gonna try for April 17th, it will put me at 36wk5d My other 2 didn't make it quite that long, but I'm hoping anyways......I don't want to have a NICU stay this time, it was awful with my last son, he was only in 3 days, but it felt like an eternity, not to mention I think it robs you of a precious experiance, and special bonding time :( So I have my fingers crossed to hold out that long.

Mandy, Be proud of your height, size, and beauty!!!  They are probably just jealous that it is not them!!!  We can make it... I'm tired too, but we will most likely forget all this stuff once we stare into those big eyes and feel their little fingers curl around our own... I say... Let 'em stare!!!!  stand up tall and let that big belly show... ; )

ahh!!  when will you get your date Kiki?  I'm so tired now, I am wishing these last weeks away!!  I feel so big and I'm fed up to the back teeth of being stared out like I'm some marshan that has just landed from the planet Zog!  I nearly asked a woman the other day if she wanted to give me her e-mail address and I would send her a picture so she could stare at me some more.  Ye see, it's really cute to be all thin with this tiny little belly like a football but when your 5 foot 8 and started off at a size 16/18 and your belly is pushing out at every angle people seem to find you offensive... well that's the way I have felt... right now I've got that off my chest, let the count down continue not long now !!

Mandy, I will still have a section, I went into labor with both of my previous pregnancies, I just could not get the boogers out, my pelvic bone is too small and it causes fetal comprimise, So a section is safer for me and Addy, I'm ok with it. That's also why I'm scheduled early my OB dosen't want me going into labor at all! HAHA fat chance of that happening I'm afraid... We will see.

does that mean you won't have to have the c section now?  If so, I'm really happy for you, just wish mine would do the same!!

I'm not sure, The only way I know is from the scans, I could just tell there was a differance which I associated with her flipping. These scans are not that fun though, (the one's I'm having now) they are very short and you don't really even see baby, you see them measuring kidney's and such, measuring fluid pockets that kinda stuff. I did get one little peek of her face, and we laughed b/c she kept showing us her bum and girl parts as if saying HEY I"M STILL A GIRL! Not a modest one I tell you!

I think this U/S tech I had today just didn't like her job, she was in a hurry, and didn't even take a min. to let me oohhh Addy! It dosen't help that I'm a whine box these days.

I think it is always best for baby to be head down, I saw one show where they still had to use the vaccume to get baby out with a section b/c she wasn't in birthing position??? I'm not sure.

any way i can tell what position Brielle is in??

Kiki- is it still good for c-section if she is head down? I wish I could go for another u/s my hubby said that today too!  Some people are so rude, i find people talk to me like i am an idiot and its really getting frustrating, just b.c we are pregnant doesnt mean we dont have a brain!!

Oh, that is great... my Dr. wouldn't feel around to see what position Asa is in... bummer... but he is always moving soooooo much and sometimes it is very shockingly breath-taking but I cannot tell what position his head or bottom are in...
