Dr. appt Update - 36 weeks
Well i had a great Dr.s appt today!! I went in and did my NST first and after being off the meds for 2 days my contractions are back to about every 10 minutes, but not always consistant. Then I had my chck up with my Dr. She did a Beta Strep test and we'll have those results back in 4-5 days. Last week when she checked my cervix it had thinned slightly, but there were no notable changes and now this week....I am 80% effaced and 3 cm dialated!!!! I was so excited to know that i am progressing so well. My Dr. thinks Kyra will hopefully be here by the end of the week, but if not i go back for another appt next Tuesday and get another U/S b/c she was big at her 30 week one. So all in all i was very please with how everything is going. Hope everyone else is well also!!
Oh awesome... everyone seems to be progressing along so well... I am praying for good news on Thursday when I go back to my OB.
Your exam could have knocked the plug loose! Either way I bet she is here sonner than later! :) ~YAY~ little Kyra will be showing her face soon!!!
Yay glad your appointment went good, the discharge could be the "show" or the mucus plug, baby could be on the way!!
I hope you get good news on Thursday as well!! Ok so now i have more of an update...I just used the restroom and i am having a brown (bloody) mucousy discharge. I am not sure if i am losing my mucous plug or if i am bleeding from my exam this morning. Anyone have any ideas???
