Hurts when baby moves

This is not my first pregnancy, but I really don't remember it being like this the first time round.  The only way to describe it is as if my baby has long nails and every time he moves he digs them into my uterus to pull himself along, or when he kicks it's like he as long toe nails and jabs them into me.  I am sure it is not suppose to hurt this much every time he moves? And it’s not my ribs or anything like that, it really feels like my uterus.  Are any of you in the same boat? If not I think I need to mention it to my DR. Could it be an infection? There are no other symptoms.

My only problem is I don't know what Reece is doing, but it feels like someone is taking their hand and they start on one side and push outward on my belly and slide it all the way over to the other side.  You can actually see a "wave" across my belly.

I have the same problem and my mother in-law says it is fine as long as I feel the baby moving. So I see no problem and haven't brought it up to my midwife yet.

I have had it a couple times like that, I said Addy was squeezing and digging her nails into somthing! But It's not that real sharp kinda stingy pain every time, although it is very uncomfortable right now, and when she kicks my bladder it hurts, but other movements are not painful, seems just to be when I'm trying to sleep! LOL

I hope it gets better, I would probly mention it to the DR.
