the only way it is gonna stay a surprise is if i dont get another ultrasound...lol...it wasnt so much that she/he was uncooperative it was that i dont think that the tech knew what she was looking for. i mean to me it looked like a girl, could see what looked like labia, but didnt have the 3 lines...lol
oh no! we both have uncooperative babies! lol well then again the lady you saw sounds abit silly! Are you going to keep it a surprise???
Try not to worry yourself it will all be fine:)
in the same boat claire.......i just got home from u/s and to me it looks good but the tech wouldnt tell me anything she said i had to wait til i see my doc on the 20th to know whether everything looks good or not. she tried to check the gender and said "i dont see any boy parts, but there isnt the 3 lines that mean girl, but it is probably a girl" omg i was ticked. but i did post new pics of bub so feel free to check them out...
i am also kind of concerned because when i went in to ER on christmas because of UTI they checked heartbeat and it was 168 and today she said it was 143...i am thinking that this woman doesnt know a fig about much...then i get informed later that she has only been doing this for about a year. real great

And my partner is a farmerwhich is rather cute sogoes well with where we live in the country!
i love green! it goes with everything and theres so many different nursery sets that go really well with green lol!its a carming colour!
HA, It's funny how we all picked green! I am painting the nursery mainly green as well, and was gonna add, pink or blue after I found out! HeHe I think it is cool though with it being your first, It will be even more of a thrill!
Congrats on your healthy baby, too bad you couldn't find out the sex, I hear that in most cases when its difficult to find out what the sex is its usually a girl?! but dont take my word for it, and stick to the green, I also picked pale green and cream before I found out I was carrying a girl, now I'm adding a little pink to it. maybe you'll get to find out some time later, with my first duaghter they could'nt tell except at around 8 months.
Take care :)
I'm glad baby was fine, but sorry he/she was stubborn. I'm 85% sure what I'm having, but I wanted Wednesday to be my confirmation so I could order bedding, etc. But watch, baby will be contrary and not cooperate!!!
well all the matters is that the baby is doing well and its healthy! and you know i fell in love with a green and cream nursery set before i knew and it was really nice. (it was by glenna jean and it was called leapfrog, if you want to check it out) anyways now you will have an extra surprise when you deliver!! Congrats on the healthy baby!!
haha yeah im going for a similar nursery set, its a new one out :) i think it was fate because we just painted the nursery cream and green and was just going to add an extra colour ie pink/blue but now we dont have to and the set i like matches perfect with green and cream!!
AW MAN!!! Guess you have to buy that cute nursery stuff you originally planned anyways!!! I have to go back too, Addy was being contrary and we couldn't get good heart and spine pics! Stubborn little things!
glad all went well claire!! My last child they couldn't tell me the sex and I had to wait. Although a nurse said she was certain it was a boy based on the heart beat. I bought everything for a boy and guess what? It was a girl. Poor Madge was dressed as a boy for the first week until I could get out to buy her stuff. So don't take any notice of any guess's people make between now and the birth and buy neutral colours. The pics are great... love the foot!
