still waiting!!

Well, due date has come and gone and as usual I am still waiting!!  I have passed lots of stuff underneath and the baby is still trying her hardest to tunnel her way out, but nothing else.  I am getting alot of period type pains but I just know this going to be an induced birth again!!  I am at the hospital Monday, so the date should be set then, I think.  I'm dieing to meet her and want it over now.

I'm sorry your little one likes it inside too much.  Mine is cozy enough and doesn't seem to want to come out.  Which is frustrating me because I have my induction Sunday night/Monday and I want him ready to help speed things along.  WALK WALK WALK to get those contractions going, :)

Hopefully Monday they will set a date pretty soon and not make you wait another week or so.  Good luck to ya!!!

oh mandy, i am so sorry that your lil one doesnt want to make an appearance yet... hopefully they will induce you earlier than 42 weeks... i know what it is like to go over due and it totally *****. hope that if you get walking and stuff it will help her move toward the ultimate goal of being in your arms.

aww sorry your over due! i hope they induce you earlier too, but if nothings wrong then they prob wont will they? all fun and games waiting around! im fed up already too!

mandy- that really s u cks! i have a feeling i am going to be in your shoes next week. I guess all you can do is all those old wives tales to see if anything gets going. my mom swears by caster oil, got all 3 of us out! but it sounds REVOLTING!! Hopefully something happens for you over the weekend.

I am contemplating the castor oil hkenny, it's just the thought of it that puts me off!!  If I summon up the courage I may give it a go!!

do you have to drink it straight? or can you just put it in food etc? my nan used caster oil once, she was in labour within 4hours, but she said never again!! haha

Sorry to hear that yo are still waiting...Hopefully you'll get some good news Monday when you go back and can atleast make plans for when baby will be getting here!

I think you can take it anyway claire, but I've bottled it, can't face the stomach cramps.

haha ive googled about it and it sounds very unpleasent! ive only had diarehha once and it was awful so dont want that! what wimps we are hahahaa!!! think im just going to wait it out lol!

well I i've been booked in for an induction on the 18th May (week today)... is there no end to this!!  I'm 2/3 cm dialated and once again doc says he reckons i'll go before the induction date, but I doubt it.  I knew I'd be one of the last one's to have their baby.  I'm in so much pain underneath and if this belly gets any bigger I'll explode!!

I don't think there is that many now... I can't believe that all the others have come early, when in reality most babies come after their due date... lucky or what!!
