heating pad

is it ok to use a heating pad on my right hip area, it hurts so bad and I don't know what else to do... :( oh and I'm 25 weeks 2 days.

I have pre existing conditions that are eased by heat applications. My dr said it was safe up to top of hip bone. Only on medium heat if it's on skin. Higher with layer of something between pad and skin.  Never put it over the baby.

It is ok to use a heating pad moderately on Med to low settings only for short periods of time... that's what my high risk told me weeks ago its fine once out of the first trimester

My doctor said it was ok....But i still wouldn't do it...

Any heat at the front of your stomach isnt recommended, I wouldnt put it directly on ur skin if u r goin to use one and I wouldnt use it for more than 5 min but thtz just me bein extra cautious about everything lol
