Havent felt anything today?

My baby punches and kicks and is active constantly, but I haven't felt him since before I went to sleep last night. Should I be concerned?

Its 10 times in an hour. And not necessarily kicks/punches. The movement can be something subtle like just shifting, etc.

Eat well. Drink something really cold n lay down on left side. Concentrate till 1 hour. It should move about 10:times in 1 to 2 hour. If not then don't wait and rush to hospital. Do not worry and relax. Do not count without eating or drinking.

Drink something cold and/or sugary and then lay on your left side and count movements for an hour. Anything less than 6 (I believe) and you need to call doctor or go in immediately. It could be nothing, but after this long it could also be something serious. Don't wait!!!!
