NO TO PRENATAL CARE

Im 20yrs old and 20weeks pregnant and i found out i was pregnant at 6weeks and didnt start taking prenatal vitamins until i was about 13weeks and i barely take them. I know that i should its not like i forget cause im always thinking about the effects it may have on my baby if i dont take them. Do anyone know what can happen? I mean i dont take them most of the time cause i get sick right after and vomitt but lately ive been so depressed and i feel so guilty cause my baby is so innocent i just dont want to do anything anymore. I dont even want to go to my ultrasound or dr appts anymore and before i use to be extremely anxious to see what my baby was in there doing now no. What should i do?

U should reli speak to someone,so they can help u through this difficult time..prenatal vitamins are quite important,it helps with your baby's spine development,etc..but definately talk to your midwife or someone..best of luck

If the prenatal vitamins cause you to vomit you can take children's chewables or they do make gummy prenatal. Regular prenatal make me sick too so I take the gummy ones. Sometimes even those will make me queazy too so I make sure to take them after I've eaten.

Yeah. My Dr said Flintstone childrens vitamin but they have store brands that are the same. They actually make adult gummy vitamins too. Neither are going to have as high amounts as prenatal vitamins but taken them are much better than taking nothing.
