Pelvic grindle pain

So it was defo confirmed over a week ago I have pelvic grindle pain so I get physo now and wear a brace, tried to have sex with my bf the other day for first time in a month really and it cause a hot sensation which was uncomfortable and sore on my hips, today all my joints hurt includin the back, anyone know if am allowed to go for a back massage or use a massage chair or is that not recommended for pregnant women

I'm pretty sure you can go for a massage but has to be with someone that knows about massage on pregnant women. I know when i was 10 weeks withmy first I got given a massage voucher and had to tell the massuse. And they will need to have a table to fit your tummy in. :) glad to see your back.

the massage chairs i told were ok i had one last week with my spa pedicure but you can have a message but for pregnant women, you have to tell them before they get started, it helps a lot, i have the same thing and feel like things are ripping and breaking apart all down there and in my hips and back, it is definitely not comfy. heating pad works occasionally also but can't go above med heat and only for short increments.
