Pregnancy and diet

I just had a baby 7 months ago an I just found out I'm pregnant again! 6 weeks...My question is I'm a fat really fat 300+ and I was wondering is there a healthy diet I can do to help me thru this pregnancy? Like low carb, it seems healthy with the salads and lots of green vegetables and also meats and cheese. I'm insulin resistant and fail a few glucose test the last pregnancy but my dr said it wasn't bad enough for any meds just to watch my carbs and drink lots of water! Last pregnancy I had horrible pains I. The pubic area and kept complaining and the dr said ligiment pain from previous births and pubic symphysis and the pain hasn't went away yet it just got a little better after delivery!! That's why I want to lose a little weight so I won't be in so much pain!!! Please help!!!

Good luck to you too!!!! That pubic pain is horrible, I went to the e.r at our Woman's hospital so many times but they never done anything and the Tylenol they say to take doesn't help :( now that they have this no inducing till after 39 weeks unless baby health issues or life threating mom health issues, where I live, u basically have to suffer!!!   I just pray its easier this time!
