I think for exercise you should wait til you are pass the critical stage of your pregnancy which I was told the first twelve weeks by my doctor. You dont want to over do it and cause harm to your baby. You should check with doctor, they know best.

I'm likely due May 25the - hoping to get in to see the doctor tomorrow. I'm in the same boat with cramping, bloating, broken sleep and bloating.
What is anyone doing for exercise? Or how do you feel about it? I just had a ballet burn class (arms, abs, butt) and am a bit panicky that I may have hurt the wee one. I know the exercise is good and I didn't push to strenuous levels, but this is my first and I worry. Anyone else?

Hey girls, first appointment is for Friday. According to my calculations I'm due may 14. Bloated all the time and sleepy!!
My due date is on the 19th. In having same symptoms too. Bloating, cramping hear abs there and I'm always starving. Oh and I wake up every few hours (so annoying)

Congrats! I'm first time mom with similar symptoms. First appointment is October 8th. Due date is May 16th. I'm pretty excited, but the husband and I have decided to keep it a secret until we go to the Dr. Just to be sure.
