I originally went to the gyno for irregular bleeding mid-month, found out I'm pregnant. I was only two weeks pregnant and had US, and a Second one at 3.5 wks and all they saw was tissue growth in my uterus. 4 wks is still early. Just stay optimistic.

I went at 4 weeks they seen nothing and 5.5 weeks only seen a sac I was bleeding and cramping they said I was having a miscarriage so the next wend I went in for d&c and a last min ultrasound found a 6.3 week fetus with a heart beat of 159 so don't be discouraged yet every pregnancy develops at its own rate.all four of my boys I seen sac at 4 weeks this one totally diff.

My first pregnancy I went at 7 weeks and they saw nothing only the sac. Some people call it a missed miscarriage. I had to get a d&c done because only the sac formed but no baby :(  but for you I wouldn't be worried because at 4 weeks you usually can't see anything I'm honestly surprised your doctor didn't make you wait until you were 7 or 8 weeks that's usually a must
