So im a FTM 19w2d and this morning when i was making breakfast i was coughing and peed all down my leg :( this was a first for me ive never experienced anything similar ... is this normal , has anyone experienced anything similar ? There was just fluid as i coughed nothing before or after either !

Yeah that is normal and will be the norm even after the baby. I have to cross my legs every time I sneeze just in case. This is my second pregnancy and every time I got sick during this first trimester I was scared of peeing myself at the same time.

Im 23 wks and it happens atleast twice a day. I use pantie liners, but still sometimes its too much lol. Ftm

It's all because the muscles down there are relaxed and changing, making them weaker when it comes to sudden movements like sneezing or coughing. Another joy of pregnancy! :)

Dont worry girl its completely normal. Been there done that and if it makes you feel better my sister in law peed her pants with her first baby but instead on knowing what happened she told everyone she was headed to the hospital because her water broke. Later she had to come back home and tell everyone she just peed her pants. She didnt share much after that. So trust me it really happens to everyone.

Pfft, I do it almost everyday just by sneezing and coughing I'm 22 weeks

I'm 19 weeks and I do it almost every time I sneeze. I wear panty liners if I leave the house so I'm not in an embarrassing situation. It's your uterus pushing on your bladder.

I'm 20 weeks and have that issue!  Just started! So I'm sure it's normal :)

FTM as well 21 weeks. There was one incident where I experienced something similar. It was during a bad case of morning sickness it was so bad I peed at the same time. I've also read many stories about this type of thing happening to many pregnant women. Dnt think it's anything to worry about or be embarrassed about.
