Fed up!

Today is my due date and for the last week I have tried everything, curry,  walking, sex, hot baths and still no sign of my little man making an appearance! I had really bad period like pains yesterday but they passed after about an hour I was gutted lol! Just want to hold my baby already!! :(

I think you and me are pregnancy twins lol. I am due on Friday. I was told last Thursday I was 1 cm dilated and 70% effaced. I have tried everything to get this show on the road because I am in just so much pain. My belly is so big I feel like I am going to snap in half backwards and I can't sleep for more than 3 to 5 hours (if lucky) @ a time. Apparently there is this guideline my doctor said they have to follow called the "Bishops score" to be induced... 2 weeks ago I did not qualify under these guidelines so I am waiting it out...I have tried hot/spicy food, walking, squats, clary sage, evening primrose oil, raspberry leaf tea, chocolate, and yesterday I tried caster oil, but NOTHING. I left my baby's dad, so sex is out of the question and the only wives tale I haven't tried. I am right there with you, sick of people asking if the baby has come yet and sick of people telling me "the baby will comes when she is ready" REALLY?! because the size of my belly is saying she has been ready for a while now!! What if my body can't go into labor on its own?! It's not entirely impossible considering that's why some women have to be induced. I love my daughter and this may sound selfish, but when does my well being start to matter?!I have sacrificed my body the past 10 months to make sure I have a healthy little girl and now I just want her out and I want some damn relief! I am right there with you, I just want my baby here and I am tired of being treated like nothing more than an incubator. I sincerely hope your relief comes sooner than later and just remember you are not alone with the way you feel!

Time just goes so slow! Doesn't help that I'm huge and noone thought I would make it to my due date let alone go over! Fed up of all the messages asking if he's here yet lol just wish he was! Glad it's not just me feeling like this, it's really disheartening! Exactly we will all have our babies within the next 2 weeks thank god! I think the not knowing when is just as bad though, although I don't really want to be induced I just want him out as soon as possible, I've had the worst back pain for the last few weeks and im done with it now! Fed up of hearing 'he'll come when he's ready' im more than ready lol! Xxxx

I hear u 100% im 40+1 ive tried everything and nothing has happened. I had a membrane sweep yesterday nothing is happening. My stomach muscles feel like they have been torn apart each time i walk and stand. Im really fed up now ive got a mw appointment today im going to talk about induction for the end of the week coz i cant take much more of this. My partner probably wont b happy but sod it im the 1 in pain and if our son comes out he can share everything lol. I personally dont think our boy will come out on his own so the sooner i get an induction the better. Hope we see our babies soon :) xxx

It was my due date 2 days ago and i felt like crap all day, especially seeing everybodys posts on meeting their babys. Got midwife appointment today so we will see what she says but i dont think he's in a massive rush to get out.. ive tried everything.
I give up. :(
Only 12 days left before he HAS to come out anyway so im just going to count that down instead to keep myself sane. x
