think I may have pre-eclampsia, when I went to my last midwife appointment a week ago I was told my blood pressure was too high and now feeling a lot of swelling in my hands and feet, my urine sample wasn't the normal colour either and am wondering if I need to contact my midwife to let her know about the swelling or just mention it at my 34 week app, I'm currently 32+1

You need to call and I would go ahead and go to the ER as you call. Preeclampsia is serious for yourself and your baby, as your organs can start to shut down. Normally if you've got preeclampsia, you deliver immediately. I just wouldn't wait around.

Call your dr asap as if it is preeclampsia and it gets to bad it Can be life threating to you and your child. I went through that with my first and am now almost 32 weeks with my second and hoping I don't get preeclampsia again
