Morning sickeness round 2?

I am 24weeks. It really seems like morning sickness is coming back. I googled it and yes it happens. I didn't have this with my first pregnancy. Anybody else?
How about alot of weird pressure/pain on your vagina?- Another thing I didn't have before.

Hi:-) firstly, congratulations!:-) and secondly, my morning sickness was more feeling like I'm weighted and feeling bloated and ill and dizzy and yet some days (I'm 23 weeks) it comes back with vengeance, not often though:-) apparently its normal for morning sickness to come back in the third trimester and I guess neither of us are to far away from the third trimester now!:-) However I do get the pressure and sometimes a slight pins and needles feeling in the vagina and sometimes in my bum too! (Sorry for the info there lol!) I've been wondering what it is but my mum said it is normal and baby could be putting pressure on you around there, so that's what I put it down to lol!:-) hope I've helped:-) x
