dont want to go..

34 weeks +4 days...the last couple days I've had increased back pain and Braxton hicks. Today was the worse bc my back hurt all day, my right side seems to be painful, like sore. BH would be like 10-15 min apart but then the next hour like 20 min apart. I've also had a headache all day that won't move. I've never had issues with high Bp but idk if that could be cause for headache. I haven't eaten much bc appetite is iffy. I also been feeling a lot more pressure especially when I walk or go to the bathroom. Last doc appointment she said baby is head down in position sitting pretty low which was good. However I'm a ftm and I'm not sure if all this is normal or not and I don't want to go to the hospital if I don't have to. My hubby is sleep and has to work over night so if I don't have to go I don't want to..please respond with any advice

Thanks ladies. I went to triage last night, Bp was great, everything checked out fine, I just had a migraine that wouldn't move so I had to get an iv with some meds that cleared it up in like 20 minutes! I was very well hydrated as well, they didn't know why I had the migraine. But baby is fine, still having contractions, not BH but real ones but it isn't starting labor so they weren't too concerned. Overall I'm healthy and so is baby

Hydrate yourself and rest.  20 mins apart isn't to be so concerned about. If it increases in frequency and intensity, get yourself checked out. Sounds to me like typical preps from our bodies to get ready. Btw I'm on my 5th round lol

Try to ear something light, and get rest. You may just need some bed rest, our bodies are preparing us for the big day, take it easy these last few weeks, I am 35 weeks and couple days and noticed when I am out walking I get BH and pressure from the baby. I feel better when I just nap, try to stay hydrated and eat. Best of wishes with your delivery :)
