am I eating horribly??

I'm 8 weeks 4 days. For dinner I accidentally ate a Cesar salad that had unpasteurized parmesan cheese on it, I didn't even think to check until after I ate it. Even though it was only a little I'm feeling really bad about it. Plus for lunch I had a sandwich from subway, I was told lunch meat it fine as long as it's heated. I'm felling like a failure, is this something I should stress about?

I eat subway everyday. And no.. I do not toast it.. You would have to heat the meat up extra hot to kill all the bacteria.. That is why I smile when pregnant people come in and say they want it lightly toasted.. You're really not doing anything.. But I accidentally ate a Cesar salad the other day.. But a few days later I was OK..

I was in the ER and they gave me a cold turkey sandwich knowing I was pregnant so cold lunchmeat can't be that bad. I eat at subway and I just have them toast it extra. I also had a Caesar salad a couple times, I didn't even think about the cheese. I'm not eating as great as I should either but I think a lot of people overreact. My doctor doesn't seem too concerned about it but he's a really chill doc lol
