orangy brown discharge

I'm 13 wks 5days and this morning out of no where I had some orangish colored discharge upon wiping and then a little later it was a brownish color...feeling a little pressure but no cramping or pain.... what could be the cause? I had a normal external u/s on Fri and a little pink discharge after sex sun..

And I've also had orange colored discharge but only like twice and that was it.

I found a couple hours after I take my prenatals I get weird discharges.

It could be a mix of hormones and old blood. my doc said the Brown discharge is usually old blood. I was having yellow discharge, no smell, discomfort or anything and saw my Ob yesterday thinking I had an infection and nope, nothing. She said it was absolutely normal and I may produce a lot of it. she said that with all the body changes your discharge will change in color
