I have the worst broken sleep at night.. I am 30 weeks.. I get up at 530 every morning for work and last night I was up at 230.. couldn't sleep and ended up. Giving myself a mini panic attack because of it.. my doctor told me that benadryl it's OK to take to help with sleep. . However it doesn't keep me sleeping through the night..

I have to be off my phone for at least 30 or so min, throw a pillow between my legs and I'm usually good. I can't move around or look at anything or else I'll be up all night.
