I wake up every night sweating bad. I sleep with a fan on me too. Its the hormones!

Hot flushes are a nightmare, that with being  uncomfortable  all night means  little  or no sleep, I suppose  I'll  be prepared  for  the night  feeds xx

We have our ac on have had it on for few months and i live in canada lol just started warming up

Yes! I take a bath every new night before bed sleep with my AC on 68 and have my fan on high. I still wake up with hot flashes and by morning I need another bath. I just lay naked on my bed under the fan when I'm home alone.

Yep. I've had to turn the ac on every night, which is rare for me. I normally like sleeping in warm rooms.
