I have had vaginal/perineum pain or discomfort for some weeks on and off now. Sometimes it comes from one of the sides of the anus as well. It dont last long at a time, but it makes me wary. And i have been spotting now for 2 days. I had a big bleed some weeks (in w 12) ago and after seing everything was fine and perfect on u/s, the discomfort around perineum has come. I am constantly in contact with midwife and using my doppler when worried, they say all is good and it is normal to spot and heartbeat is strong and fine. Im still very stressed out from this and i worry.... 14+3 today
