Have you Decided Against Having Ultrasound?

I've been reading the risks (mainly unknown) of having an abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound.  Some studies claim that the closeness of the waves to the fetus can cause birth defects or miscarriage.  Other studies show no proof of this.  How many of you have opted out of having a transvaginal or abdominal ultrasound?

i had like 20 u/s with my son coz i was a high risk pregnancy and he's perfectly fine. theres such a minimal (if any) affect to the baby. if it was bad then the hosp wouldn't do them. Hugs

On another board, a lot of women are saying that they've had 2 or more u/s with no adverse effects on the fetus.
