WHATS GOING ON???

At 8.30 this morning, at my work I felt fine I'd just had some chocolate half an hour before, when suddenly I started sweating loads and couldn't see anything but colourful dots for about 1 minute also I was very weak and felt out of it. Then I suddenly started too feel ok again. I work in a Doctors surgery and had my bp checked which was normal and my pulse was ok too, This has really worried me has anyone else got experiences like this?

Thanks for any advice

I'm 16 weeks and have had the same thing happen a few times.  I just start to get really hot and sweaty and almost feel like I'm going to pass out.  It doesn't last long at all.  Usually, if I sit down and eat something I feel a lot better.  I asked my doctor about it, and she said it probably has to do with my blood sugar levels.  Maybe since you had eaten chocolate, it kind of threw your sugar out of whack.  Try eating some carbs to counteract the sugar.  Sorry I don't have more info for you!  Hope you figure it out soon, and if you find any answers, let me know!
