Could this be movement?

I know this sounds crazy, but for the past five days I have been feeling this rolling motion in my lower abdomen.  I feel it two or three times a day.  It's definitely in my uterus- not gas or my pulse.  I've had a baby before so I know the feeling.  There are no thumps, taps or kicks: it feels like something brushing against me.  I first felt my daughter at 14 weeks, but that was more of a tickling feeling.  I feel like this is impossible, but it keeps happening.  Is anyone else feeling what could be movement?  (I'm somewhere between 11w 2d and 11w 5d today.)

After seeing her wiggle all over the place during the ultrasound yesterday, I'm more convinced that what I've been feeling is movement.  It stopped for a day or two, but now she's back in action.

I swear I felt my daughter at 11 weeks.  At the time I thought I must be crazy, but the feeling continued and got stronger until it was obviously fetal movement.  So I wouldn't rule it out.  This time I felt things around 11 weeks again, but am not sure that is what I felt.  I am now 13 weeks and am certain I am feeling fetal movement.
