Changing positions while sleeping

Hello everyone! I am 18w today. By now my tummy is bulging so sleeping on back or tummy is ruled out.  However I am not comfortable sleeping in just 1 position throughout whole night. So keep changing between left and right side.  I want to ask if it's safe to change position in lying down position or should I sit and then change to the other side? Pls share your views.

Completely safe to roll from side to side.  Hope you get comfy!  Try a pillow between your knees, I find it helps my back. Am 18 weeks now

I cannot roll lying down. You can do whatever makes you comfortable and gets the job done.
