Headache + hallucinations?

Hi everyone, I'm 12w3d and a ftm and was wondering if I should be concerned..

This past Saturday I had an incredibly terrible headache and started seeing things, it looked like spots or bugs crawling on the walls and ceiling. I've been super sick to my stomach and dizzy ever since, is this normal? I read somewhere that stuff like this can happen with preeclampsia but my bp has been around 90/50 so I don't think it's that. Any ideas?

90/50 is really low. I would talk with your doctor ASAP as it could be low bp

High fevers can cause hallucinations. If you have the flu it could explain all of your symptoms in which case you need to go see the doctor right now.

Oh or it could be in inner ear infection causing vertigo which would make you constantly dizzy and sick. You should still see a doctor because chances are if you are dizzy than you are nauseous and therefore are probably having a hard time keeping fluids down. Meaning you could be dehydrated which in turn makes your other symptoms worse.

Ended up in the ER this morning with the same headache and severe vomiting. They finally diagnosed me with hyperemesis gravidarum (this is my third ER run in 6 weeks for vomiting hours on end) and said it was to be expected. Thank you all for the advice :)
