painless spasm in upper stomach

I had to random spasm in my upper stomach there is no pain but a random twitch.  I am 9 weeks pregnant.  Has anyone experience this?

Yes it happens to me alot when i lay on my back :)

There is no pain associates with it. I notice it happens more often when I sneeze. It's random,  something like if you have ever experienced your eye randomly twitch

Now I see you said upper stomach which I'm not sure about. I can read up and see if I find anything about upper stomach!

I experience this pain as well! They say it's just your uterus stretching. Nothing to worry about. It's actually a good thing!

Oh yeah it's completely normal. I get them several times a day especially when relaxing.
