sorry to be gross

hey just wondering, i know it sounds gross, but i have very heavy, thick, white vagianl discharge lately.  is this normal?  i am very familiar with yeast infections, i've gotten them my whole life, the most recent about 2 months ago, and i am pretty sure this is not one.  i see my dr this tuesday, but was just wondering if i was alone, which would probably mean it is infact an infection.  again, sorry if too much info!!

I have the same thing, have for awhile now and I think it is normal as long as it doesn't burn when you pee or have a foul smell or cheese like consistency to it. If u r worried u should go see the Dr tho :)

Discharge is very normal during pregnancy and will increase during pregnancy as well. An infection would be greenish, have a funky odor and may cause itching burning. But clear or yellowish or cloudy discharge is NORMAL.

For me think white-no, but I have been getting white wet discharge once in a while when I wipe to go pee. Don't know if that normal either. But what I do know is that yeast infection you usually get itchy, it smells a little and it's like cottage cheese discharge like Nini said. I used to get a lot of yeast infections before this pregnancy. So glad I've only had one infection durning this pregnancy and hopefully will be my last. I brought Monistat and it went away. Haven't had any infections ever since.

It may be a yeast but usually yeast is like a cottage cheese discharge. When I had a yeast infection but I wasn't sure what it was at the time I called the office just to make sure. If your worried you can call the office or just wait for the appointment.
