IUD...anyone?

So I opted for the IUD since I had it before and I loved it. I remember lightly bleeding for the first month and really nothing after that. I had it for 3+ years so I knew it was an option once I had my last baby. So I got it and UGH im not liking it at all. I have been bleeding for a month and this is terrible. I noticed my mood swings are really bad and im just tired of this blood. Im also wondering about my weight gain...I've probably put on a few pounds. Im just not happy...hopefully I will see the light soon.

My doctor sent me for labs and looks like im a little anemic. Which explains my dizziness, being extra tired and cold. Waiting on the call to see what we need to do next. Looks like extra vitamins I guess.

I have to paragaurd because mirena was BAD for me. I gained weight and got super moody and never stopped bleeding. This time around, I haven't had any issues with the paraguard. Other than no period at all... which is weird. I had it placed over a month ago and other than a few random spotting, nothing.... kind of scares me haha. And since it's not hormonal my freaking face is breaking out like I'm back in high school. If the pill wouldn't have made Jacob so fussy I would just switch back to it so I could avoid the acne!

Did you get mirena? I hated mirena when I had it after my first pregnancy. It had the WORST side effects for me. I ended up getting paraguard this time (the copper iud) and because it is non hormonal all I get is a little heavier of a period but no other symptoms! So far I like it! First period on it was kinda intense but then it calmed down.
