Feeling Sick

Hi, I'm new here. I'm pregnant with my fourth baby, and I know every pregnancy is different. Before I knew I was pregnant with this baby, I was on a diet. Well, now I know I have to gain weight for my baby, but everything disgusts me. I'm worried. What should I do???

Colorado_g, I'm 11 weeks and I can't keep almost anything in, not even my prenatal vitamins. This pregnancy has been so different from my other ones. I have bad headaches also and I just feel so weak and because my other three kids are stiil small and I know they need me. My youngest boy is 1, I have a 4 year old boy and a 6 year old daughter. I feel helpless.

what week are you:) You can try eating small portions but if you can't keep anything I would talk to a dr. I had a bad nausea and vomiting and they put me on zofran and it helped.

And congrats on your pregnancy

At this point you dont need to eat a bunch of extra calories so thats good. If you are worried about getting enough then try drinking a nutritional shack like ensure.
