Where i'm at you can get an elective ultrasound at 15 weeks for about $50. I'm getting one at 15+2. As for the baby moving i didn't feel my first until 18 weeks.

With you first baby it may be later more like 17 weeks. Its hard to tell what is gas or what is baby the first time but its cool to see and feel during the ultrasound, that really helps you know.  Just enjoy every second

I've felt the baby only a few times. But this is my 3rd pregnancy.

the hospital won't tell you the sex until your 18-20 week scan but you can pay to find out early anytime from 16 weeks with private places! I've paid to find out early, im finding out on Saturday at 16 weeks and I can't wait :D
Not sure if it's the same where you're from but I couldn't find out earlier without paying privately.
I'm 15 weeks and I haven't felt the baby move yet either, they say it takes longer with your first baby but it should be anytime in the next couple of weeks :)

Sometimes you can. It just depends. But dont freak out yet. Most first time moms dont feel the baby until after 20 weeks. And sometimes yes you can see what the baby is this early
