39+5 bellyache...

Been to see midwife this morning, she told me baby had dropped and was quite low and did I feel pressure? She also said baby had dropped about 2 weeks ago so I feel like baby is ready!
Anyway since I've got home I've had bellyache, but unsure whether it's because I've eaten to much or if it's baby related? I've come to lie in bed and it has eased off, I can feel baby moving (well I can feel it at the top of my belly having a party) and I keep having to go for a wee! I did have a big lunch and as I'm a ftm I'm not sure what to expect!!? Pain isn't unbearable and I have a tiny dull lower backache but it's hardly noticeable. Is this bellyache normal?? Xx
