Before pregnancy I weighed 135. When i had my first appointment, I weighed 127. I now weigh 124. Anyone else lose weight in their first trimester too? How normal is it? Doctor told me not too worry but I am obviously.

I was 130 before pregnancy, at 8+4 weeks I was 125, at 12+4 weeks I was 128 and now, at 17+1 I'm 129. My doctor told me it's totally normal to lose weight or not gain very much in the beginning.

Same here. I snack all day bc I can't eat much at one time. I stated out at 140 & I'm now 129. I'm good,my baby girl is good. It's normal & I'll likely pick up later.

I'm terrified to eat and really enjoy it because a friend gained 100 pounds and she only weighed like 100 pounds when she found out she was pregnant. My husband mocks me because when I'm Hungry I May not eat but a few bites and then I'll continue to do that all day. Eating a real meal makes me sick.

Im at 16 weeks and in my first trimester I lost ten pounds, now Ive only gained five pounds back. My doctor says Im healthy snd so is baby and that is all that matters. I have a friend that only gained seven pounds her entire pregnancy. I have another that gained 65lbs, every women and every pregnancy/baby is different. Just keep your head up, eat right and take care of yourself for you and your baby. :)

I lose weight everytime. My first down 13 lbs in the end. Second down 8 and third up 1. This time down 7 so far. You will gain some back towards the end. But the baby gets more nutritional fat from your fat cell and helps them grow.
