Oh my goodness yes! My nipples are always extremely sore & raw feeling. My breasts dnt hurt  bt they itch so bad & my chest too! I use Shea butter lotion after I bath on belly & breasts followed by tummy butter or bio oil. It helps.

I use nipple butter every day and it helps a lot, only I think it's making my breast themselves break out as I have super sensitive skin

Keep rubbing a natural oil or lotion into them. My breasts and nipples hurt incredibly for the first 12 weeks, now they are super sensitive but not so sore, thankfully! I make my own stretch mark lotion with bees wax, coconut oil, rose hip oil, vitamin e oil and essential oils - orange, frankincense and myrrh. I rub it on my belly and boobs twice a day. My skin feels amazing because of it.
