Tylenol???

So this is the fourth time I've been sick this pregnancy, I'm am 35 weeks today. The other times I just waited it out. But I'm 35 weeks and already miserable, now add in body aches and a sore throat. I hate having to call my doctors office, they always have me on hold forever. Do you ladies know what's safe to take?

Tylenol, cough syrup (NOT the DM) and claratine. I just got over being sick and my doctor confirmed these are safe to take while pregnant.

Tylenol, benadryl, melatonin to help sleep. Per my midwife 2 days ago :)

Tylenol, cough drops are safe for sure too. Not much else you can do. I know I had a sinus infection and I could only use ocean nasal rinse and stuff too.
