can't eat

I'm 9 week 3 days and I can't eat anything, I can't stand the smell of any kind of food/meat. I would vomit. I don't eat anything all day. well just some fruit. What can I eat during the day??

Ask your doctor about some nausea medicine momma if you have to. That's what im having to do yet again

You need to snack something salty, like crackers and even if you think you will push it out remember you have a little one to feed. No need to eat for two, but definitively you need to eat.
