fetal pole / heart beat

When did any of you ladies see your babies fetal pole or heartbeat?  I went in for my first appointment last week they measured me at 5w5d and said they see a "possible" fetal pole on a transvaginal u/s.. And want to scan me again this Wednesday to see if it progressed.. My nausea has disappeared but my boobs are still sore especially at night and still have to pee alot..

I'm using a midwife so I don't get as much monitoring. Yesterday I was 7w3d and I had my first ultrasound at a 3d place (just a regular ultrasound) we saw and heard the heart beating.
My nausea comes and goes. It completely went away for about a week and now it's back.
