Hi I need help on ways to keep regular going to the bathroom everyday. I'm so constipated am it's killing me. I'm so use yo going everyday an not straining. Help please!!!

Also my dr said never use a laxtive, try a stool softener. Laxatives can make you get hemmroids.

Prunes or prune juice, dark greens like raw spinach, lots of fiber like mini wheats. V8 is good too. Lots of water .
