I honestly love my boyfriend alot and we even talk about marriage. But lately we've been arguing alot and i hate it!! Everytime we argue my anger turns into sadness and i just start balling and then we make up but i hate this cycle. We argue over the littlest things! Mainly because hes mr know it all amd he thinks he knows evvvverything and he Doesn't. That seriously gets under my skin. It boils me inside! He tries to tell me what to do all the time and he criticises everything i do! We always start off debating and it turns into an argument and we get nowhere !! HELPPP???!!

Hi there.  Well, when there is a pattern, you break the pattern.  He likes to be mr. noitall?  Well, you are perpetuating the issue by arguing with him.  Instead, just let him be right in his head and move on.  It's not worth bickering about.  It's not worth stupid fights over things that don't matter just because you BOTH have to be right (yes, you have that in yOU too as you fight back with him to prove that YOU are right).  If debating causes issues, don't debate.  Just move on.

Self control is important in relationships.  It really is just that easy to not follow the same patterns you have been.  When he brings up something you disagree with, just don't comment and smile.  Or say "interesting" or "I'll think about that" and move on.

good luck
