When does the third trimester start???

Hi ladies, im confused ive googled this and getting all different feed back. Im 26 weeks on monday and would love to know when my third trimester starts. What do you guys think. Kelly x

Well my doctor said that it starts when you reach 28 weeks, then you're in the third trimemster, that means we are almost there, yey us!!!!

I really never paid attention, i just get excited about counting down the weeks, like i only have 13 left, YaY.  Or just divide 40 weeks into 3, i figure 13 weeks and a day in a half is a trimester lol.

I always use 28 weeks. But Medhelp seems to be a bit off lol.

The pregnancy tracker on medhelp starts at 29 weeks.  But I have read anywhere from 26-29 weeks.  I just considered myself third trimester when I hit 28 weeks.

i believe the third trimester starts when you are 27 weeks..


..oh goodness - im 2 weeks in!!
